The problem i have on Windows 10 is after the reboot the realtime settings look like 3-0. Open real-time settings and set on target a value like 3-1 where 1 is the selected core for Twincat.Here are the steps i normally do to run in isolation: I have done this before with Windows 7 VMS on ењ†4 and using an isolated core i was able to activate it succesfully.
